Cabbage Goulash

Ingredients :



1 small chopped head cabbage.
1 lb of ground beef.
1 chopped onion.
1 chopped bell pepper.
1 (14.5 oz) can of petite diced tomatoes with juice.
1 beef bullion cube.
1 tsp of garlic powder.
¼ tsp of salt.
½ tsp of black pepper.

Directions :


1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat and drain of the grease.
2. Add in the onions and bell pepper and cook for 2 min then add in tomatoes with juice, beef bullion cube, spices and cabbage.
3. On medium heat, cook covered for 25 min stirring occasionally.
