Crock Pot Cheeseburger Mac

So easy and yummy, this is a great comfort food and the kids love it!

Cook time: 4 Hr 30 Min  Prep time: 15 Min  Serves: 4 to 6

Ingredients :

1 lb ground beef or turkey

1/2 c chopped onions

garlic salt (about 1/2 teaspoon)

1 can(s) cream of chicken or celery soup, 10.5 oz.

1 jar(s) Ragu double cheddar, 16 oz.

1 can(s) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, 10 oz.

2 Tbsp ketchup

16 oz bag of small elbow macaroni

2 c shredded Jack and Colby cheeses ( i usually buy a pre-shredded bag

Directions :

1. Spray frying pan with cooking spray. Add onions and cook for a couple minutes until softened.

2. Add hamburger and garlic salt to taste. Brown hamburger.

3. Drain grease.

4. Add cooked hamburger to the Crock Pot.

5. Mix in soup, ketchup, Ragu cheese sauce and can of tomatoes.

6. Cook on high 3 to 4 hours.

7. Add cooked macaroni and shredded cheese.

8. Mix. Then let sit 15 to 20 mins and serve.
