BBQ Pineapple Baked Chicken

Chicken is perfect, it goes with almost anything! Today, I’m presenting you my BBQ pineapple baked chicken. A very delicious casserole! Check it out.

Ingredients :

2 roasting chickens.

20 ounces of pineapple chunks.

½ cup of honey barbeque sauce.

½ tsp of salt.

¼ tsp of pepper.

Directions :

1. In a sprayed 9×13 baking casserole dish, place the chickens side by side and press them into the dish. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Drain the can of pineapple chunks and pour the juice over the chicken with 2 cups of water.

3. Cover the casserole with foil and bake in a preheated oven to 350° for 1 hour.

4. Add some BBQ sauce over the chicken and cook for 8 to 10 more minutes then top with the remaining BBQ sauce and the pineapple chunks.

5. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes and enjoy!

Simple, easy and delicious! I serve this chicken with stewed red skinned potatoes and baby sweet peas and some strawberry shortcake! Give it a shot, I’m sure you will love it.
