White Trash Sliders

This is one of the most favorite dishes for my kids. When I make them these, they get so excited! Meet my white trash sliders.

Ingredients :

1 lb of ground beef.

1 lb of sausage.

1 lb of Velveeta.

½ tsp of black pepper.

½ tsp of onion powder.

24 slider buns.

Directions :

1. In a skillet over medium high heat, cook the ground beef and sausage until browned and drain off the grease.

2. In a saucepan, mix together the meat, velveeta, onion powder and pepper and stir on low until the cheese is melted.

Easy, peasy and cheesy! If you choose to use the crockpot instead of the saucepan and it comes out too thick just add a splash of milk and voila!
