Shepherd’s Pie
Ingredients :
1 pound of ground beef.
3 cups of veggie of your choice.
1 small onion.
Mashed potatoes.
Cheese of your choice.
Directions :
1- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions.
2- In an 8×8 pan, place the uncooked veggies and top with the ground beef then the mashed potatoes.
3- Sprinkle the cheese over the top and bake in a preheated oven to 350° until the cheese is melted and the veggies are hot throughout!
