Moist Salmon Patties
Moist Salmon Patties (makes 6 patties)
Ingredients :
5 oz. can boneless pink salmon, drained
2 T. fine diced onion
1 large egg
1 T. mayo
2 T. all purpose flour
2 T. cornmeal
pinch each of salt and pepper
veg. oil for frying
Directions :
1- In a bowl combine all the ingredients.
2- Heat about 1/2" oil in a skillet.
3- Drop by spoonfuls and slightly flatten out, frying until golden brown on both sides.
4- Drain on paper towels.
