Ingredients :
2 c all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c butter room temp
1/2 c cane sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c confectioners' sugar
Directions :
1- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together flour and salt and set aside.
2- Blend the butter, cane sugar,and vanilla. Beat in egg. Stir in flour mixture,and chocolate chips.
3- Shape into balls about an inch in size. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cool slightly. Roll in confectioners sugar.
